I can fit my running shoes, big towel, make up and all clothes very easily. And ... its still light. It fits well on the back and is very comfortable too. It keeps me organized, the inside and exterior pockets are convenient. I would buy this bag for everyone if I could - we all should have bags like this one. If you are looking for a school backpack - not sure this is what your looking for but if you want a tuffle bag or an extra bag for day trips or even night trips - this is the best! I love it.
