This luggage set is made from cheap materials and does not look like it would withstand travel at all. The colors are faded and not as depicted in the photo. The customer service number was disconnected and a cumbersome internet search found an alternate number where the hold time was long. The web-site return app does not work (at least not if you ordered via Amazon). There is a 30-day return limit yet the vendor requires that you make a request for and then wait to receive instructions (address and authorization number) before shipping the luggage back to them. Presumably I’ll get my money back sometime. Likely next year. Grr.
